Princess Parties with Knights, Kings, Wizard & Dragons and Pirate Parties with Mermaids, Pixies & Tinkerbells are the 2 main themes from Princess and Pirate Parties, Inc. The overall idea is that the KIDS get dressed up. The party is interactive and hands on instead of an adult "performing". We offer 50 different themes and come to your home or the place of the party. Princess parties can be for all girls or girls & boys. The boys attending will be Knights, Kings, Wizards or Dragons. There is no maximum number of children and all ages including parents may participate. For Pirate parties, girls attending can dress as Pirates, Tinkerbell, Pixies or Mermaids. We actually do not combine the Princess Parties with the Pirate Parties so that the activities all remain in the theme of the party and focus on the birthday child's interests. Boy and Girl Twins of similar shared birthday parties are best as a Knight & Princess Party or something more customized based on your children's unique personalities and our creative thinking to keep the theme with two different concentrations. Other themes are still being developed for all ages and interests. The most popular themes other than Princesses or Pirates are Harry Potter, Super Heroes and Glamour Parties.
If you have an idea for a theme and don't see it listed, just call and we can create it together. Party additions without descriptions and photos may include "Lilo & Stitch", "Finding Nemo", "Sponge Bob", "Wizard of Oz", "The Little Mermaid", "Dora the Explorer", "Scooby Doo", "Prom Princess", "Spirit Horse Parties", and "Save the Universe" with Power Rangers, Super Heroes including Batman, Superman & Spiderman, or Star Wars characters and many, many more. Parties for 3, 4 and 5 year olds should only be 90 minutes long. Parties for 6 and up should be 2 hours long. Hosted and Costume Parties are NOT recommended if the birthday child is just turning 1 or 2 and the majority of the guests are under 3 years old. We provide 1 hour of entertainment and activities for $195 for eight children. Another 30 minutes is spent with the Mom handling cake & ice cream AND opening presents, doing a pinata or serving food. During this time, we are picking up and taking inventory of costumes & accessories and hiding the clues for the final treasure hunt. Often, we will conduct the dress-up part of the party for 45 minutes, then we break for the cake & presents half-hour and then the last 15 minutes will be our trademark theme and age appropriate treasure hunt. This makes for a nice flow of activities and a clear conclusion with the treasure hunt leading to the party favors which you can provide or you can purchase from us.
