Our Story So Far......
Pet Express UK was formed in 1997, catering for local customers wishing to have their pet food and accessories delivered to their door. With the ever increasing demand on personal free time, the service proved invaluable to many busy people. In order to meet customer demand in our very first year, our delivery area was expanded to cover the whole of the South of Essex.
A family-run business, we pride ourselves on our personal approach and service, which is why our customers stay with us long past their first order. With emphasis on getting it right First Time, our aim is to supply the right product at the right price, which is why we sometimes prefer to 'talk' human to human. We managed very well without online ordering for some time - but due to increasing customer demand our first online store was introduced in 1999. We were sure this wouldn't affect the personal service we provide, and in fact, it proved a welcome enhancement to the overall shopping experience for new customers and our loyal regulars alike.
With the recent launch of our new-look webstore in 2005, we look forward to an increasing customer base covering both national and international orders.
