A personalized book makes reading even more meaningful and motivating to a child...they're the star of the story! As Our Reading Corner's "Mom", it's my hope that you'll reach out to the little readers in your life and teach them about the importance of reading and literature. Prior to becoming a full-time mommy and Create-A-Book, Inc. dealer, I was an elementary, special education teacher. Reading and children's literature played an enormous role in who I was as a teacher and who I am now as a mom. I have always shared my enthusiasm for reading with the children in my class as well as my own children. As a mom, one of the greatest things for me to see are my own little readers, who are 4 and 2 years-old, emulate my enthusiasm for children's literature and reading.

Our Reading Corner can give you the opportunity to promote literacy in your community through The Give-A-Book Program. Think of how excited the school children in your community would be if they received a book with their own name, the name's of their classmates and the name of their school printed throughout the story! As a book sponsor, you'd be providing young children with an educational and fullfiling gift. Your name, as the sponsor, would also be printed in the front of each book; the families in your community should know about your generosity!
Our Reading Corner can also help you in your fundraising efforts for your school or organization.
