1- Warranty
Your new products are warranted to be free of manufacturer's defects, which includes material and workmanship.
Scratching & washed products are normal result of use, and is not considered a defect. Breakage by use or loss is not covered.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 4 days, we will exchange it or replace it. 2- Return policy
Our consumers can return most new, unopened items, with or without exchange, any product purchased at Supperone.com within 4 working days of delivery Receiving. The return or product exchange is possible only if the equipment and all components’ contained in the package are returned in the condition they were sold, in an excellent state of conservation.( Most new, Unopened items)
Any product that reveals greater use than the simple proof of the product by the customer, that product won’t be accepted.
Products are free of cost. All shipping costs of returning orders are of the customer responsibility.

After we receive your item, a refund is initiated. If you cancelled a pickup item, and you were billed for it we proceed with the refund after we receive it, if the order is still waiting to be shipped we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request.
