NetNoir.com offers African American News Politics and Events along with Black History. NetNoir.com was one of the first sites founded to provide news, politics and opinion from an African American perspective for the world wide web. NetNoir.com was initially founded by E. David Ellington in 1994, and has based through several companies since the initial sale following the "dot com" shakeout in the early 2000s. Netnoir.com is now in the process of being revived, retooled and refreshed to provide high quality information.
