NEMBA isn't some huge multinational consortium with palatial offices, and a swat team of crisis management experts, complete with trail-tool equipted Hummers. We're a group of riders just like you who care about the trails and have a passion for mountain bikes. Luckily, there are enough of us to form a regional organization that has a been highly successful. All this is because of riders like you. We have lots of events to choose from!
Philisophical question: if a lone mountain biker does something good for a trail, does it make a difference? Ahh, trick question! Yes, it does make a difference, but since no one knows it was a mountain biker who did the good deed, it won't have as much positive impact than if it were done by an organized group like NEMBA.
"How do I get involved? ", you ask. Easy! Simply contact the chapter president in your area, come to one of our events, or give us a call at 800-57-NEMBA. We're not a cliquey group and we always like seeing new faces!
