MythTV is a homebrew PVR project that I've been working on in my spare time. It's been under heavy development for almost four years, and is now quite useable and featureful.
Hi. So, if you're a student and interested in getting paid to work on Myth for the summer, applications for Google's Summer of Code 2006 are now open. Check our our proposed project ideas, or submit your own. Applications are open through May 8th, but read the FAQ.
A group of German MythTV users is going to be running a booth at LinuxTag this year. I'm told there'll be some demos and giving away of install disks of some sort. Sounds fun.
