- I’d started this list on Amazon–a wish list–of things I really want. I’ve lately discovered a love for the works of E. Phillips Oppenheim, the British mystery/intrigue writer. As far as I can tell, most of his works are no longer in print. I’ve purchased one ‘omnibus,’ which is what they call a big collection of novels/short stories typically (as far as I can tell) by a British author. It was published in 1936 and is in lovely condition. I paid $12. Almost every other one of Oppenheim’s numerous books available on Amazon is a used hardback, which means I could put them on my wish list, only there are 151 books and I haven’t got all day. So, here’s where you come in. Whether you want to buy me a birthday present or just help me locate an easier way to buy these books, here is a list of the books I have.
