I think it would be best to change
[[Category:Personal Page]] [[Category:New to Community]]
to
[[Category:Personal Page|{{PAGENAME}}]]
[[Category:New to Community|{{PAGENAME}}]]
Otherwise, everyone is sorted under U in the New to Community and Personal Page categories, and the built in alphabetical sort system (from u, from Danc) is rendered useless.
