Isn't this called Hacker Safe?
Yes... well it was!
Hacker Safe was started back in early 2003 by the internet security company ScanAlert. This was done as a re-brand for ScanAlert previously "self titled" vulnerability checking service.
McAfee then reportedly bought out the privately owned ScanAlert in late 2007 for $51 million (with the possibility of a $24 million bonus if targets are met).
McAfee continued selling this service under the "McAfee Hacker Safe" brand for just under half a year until they decided to re-brand the service McAfee SECURE to fit in with there other services.
