All Packages are shipped by Federal Express Someone must always sign for the package when delivered and destination of a package cannot be changed once it has left our location. Orders placed after 2PM Pacific time will be processed the next business day. We cannot ship to PO boxes or hotel rooms.
Macsolutions, Inc. requires your full name, billing address, and a valid picture identification for any purchase made with a credit card, any type of check and on all open account orders. Cash transactions under $10,000.00 do not require the above information, but such information may be requested for our internal purposes in order to keep you informed of any upcoming specials and promotions. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment by check of any type.
All shipments are f.o.b. Seller and the cost of shipment is in addition to the purchase price payable on items sold hereunder. Risk of damage or loss is the customer's responsibility after delivery by Macsolutions, Inc. to a carrier for shipment. Estimates of shipping dates are approximate, representing Macsolutions, Inc's best judgment when made. Macsolutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any delays in shipping or in the amount of time in which it takes shipment to reach customer. On returns to our facility, no credit will be allowed for items damaged in transit or shipped to us in error.
