Jeremy is an accomplished speaker and an expert in the digital media convergence space. He has designed numerous industry-award winning products and is presently the VP of Market Development for Sling Media, Inc, the makers of the Slingbox. Jeremy frequently represents and serves as a spokesperson Sling Media at consumer, trade, and industry events in the field of convergence technology.
Jeremy joined Sling Media in 2004 as VP of Product Management, and was responsible for guiding development of the Slingbox from conception to launch. After a successful product launch, he assumed his current role where he acts as an evangelist and is responsible for building new vertical market opportunities and partnerships. Jeremy is found not only at events, but online at various Web communities and blogs, promoting Sling Media’s highly visible word-of-mouth marketing efforts.
Toeman has worked in the field of digital media convergence, bridging technology and consumers for over eight years. In the late 1990s he founded Palmtastik, a Web portal designed to help early PalmPilot users get the most out of their devices. In 1999, Toeman co-founded Mediabolic, a software company who provides digital media networking technology to consumer electronics and computer manufacturers.
