- I ran the half marathon. I did decent and pretty much met my goal. got some crazy muscle spasms in my calf the last 4 or 5 miles though. I have pictures but I need to scan them and get a digital copy. I’ll do it eventually. anyways, once new years starts i’m back on a diet and exercise. I want to do the full 26.2 next year.
