JILL HILL received her California Real Estate Salesperson license in 1981, and her California Real Estate Broker license in 1985. She has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker since 1981. Jill is a Broker Associate, and a member of the highly regarded President's International Circle. She is also a Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a designation that indicates training in helping senior citizens through the real estate process.
The process of buying or selling a home can be complicated and frustrating. Because I am experienced, efficient, and extremely organized, I make it easy and fun. I understand the problems and concerns of the relocating family. I have helped many clients through the maze of selecting the area that best suits their needs and familiarizing them with the California market and procedures.
