Complained about bad service and they pointed me to the door

After moving to another hosting company, hostgator.com attacked all of my domains and those of my customers with false ICANN complaints. Brent Oxley slandered me in webhosting forums, trying to say I had something to do with anti-jew site and released private information about me. They offer everything, but when the first trickle began to arrive, suddenly my account was overusing resources. Hostgator went in and hacked my site's file system, making files inaccessible, and brought the whole site crashing down. They would never unlock the files, so I was not able to completely backup the site. Then they went in again, hacked the file system again, saying they were disabling RSS feeds (on a site without RSS feeds), bringing the site crashing down yet again. I was with them for half a year. The support was excellent. but When I decided to move my site to a different place, and did already told their billing I already cancel my site, and no longer use it for few times. They still keep sending my billing notice telling me they FAILED to charge my credit card. Thank God, I already told my credit card company to freeze that card, so they won't keep charging my cards for doing nothing!
