HEPCO was founded in 1973, by Herbert E. Peitzer [and thus “HEPCO”] an aeronautical engineer, as an engineering staffing company. Current management acquired the company in 1992, and today we are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, headquartered in Saddle Brook, New Jersey serving clients in twenty six States. The balance of our client base are located in the New Hampshire to Virginia axis, although California is our fifth most important client State.
