Habbo Hotel - (Un)safe Environment
One of the honest to goodness teen community games gone graphical, Habbo Hotel is a multiplex of pixelated party. "Habbos" are invited to come, create a character, customize their look, and spend time with other Habbos in a "free" and "safe environment."
Or, at least, that's what is put down on paper.
In fact, Habbo Hotel is a teen community full of depraved individuals whom should spend more time outdoors in a social environment than indoors pretending to be in such. Habbo Hotel advertises,and even emphasises, free gameplay. One of the major flaws with this thought process is the 'Habbo Coins' system which enables players to purchase these Coins with credit cards and actual money. They can purchase furniture and objects for their own rooms in the Hotel, as well as become members of the Habbo Club, an elite member of Habbos who retain special priviledge such as being the first to access new events, or the only to access events.
