Executive Workshop Programs

Throughout the year, Gazelles offers one and two day Executive Program Workshops across the United States and Canada. Gazelles helps executive teams of mid-size firms receive the kind of development provided to top executives at major firms. Your firm's executive team can spend a day or two learning from top business thinkers and strategists. During these workshops, a company’s executive team will spend time with not only these staff leaders, but they will also be joined with eight to twelve other executive teams from other firms. This helps companies share and gain ideas of the best practices of all the other mid-sized companies at the workshop. Gazelles finds the best resources, gains access and makes all the arrangements.

Gazelles Coaching Programs

One of the biggest tools Gazelles offers is the book and workshop called Mastering the Rockefeller Habits: What You Must Do to Increase the Value of Your Fast-Growth Firm. Written by the founder and CEO of Gazelles Inc, Verne Harnish, the book has also been translated into Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

Verne Harnish is the founder and CEO of Gazelles, Inc. He is also the founder of two world-renowned entrepreneurship organizations, the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization (YEO) and the Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs (ACE).

Verne is the "Growth Guy" columnist for several publications and also serves as a contributing editor for Fortune Small Business magazine. He has also authored "Mastering the Rockefeller Habits: What You Must Do to Increase the Value of Your Fast-Growth Firm". Fortune Small Business Magazine (FSB) named Verne as one of the "Top 10 Minds in Small Business".

He has appeared on several national television and radio programs, as an entrepreneurship expert including Smart Money, CBS News, and Nation’s Business Today. He has also appeared in stories in numerous magazines and newspapers including Forbes, Inc., and The Wall Street Journal. Verne has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Wichita State University.
