Farecast.com was the first airfare prediction site on the Internet. Farecast.com shows if airfares were predicted to rise or drop, letting you know when to buy the tickets. It also offers information on hotels, car rentals, vacation packages, last minute flight deals and much more.
Farecast.com acquired by Microsoft
Farecast.com became a part of Microsoft's Bing in early June 2009 and the website now redirects to www.Bing.com/travel. There you can purchase airline tickets, compare with other airfare sites (Expedia, Travelocity, etc.), a well as browse for the best price if your travel times are more flexible.
