- I studied photography at Tehran's Azad University and started photojournalism in "Sobh-e Emrouz" (Today Morning) daily in 1999 and continued with another reformist newspaper; "Aftab-e Emrouz" (Today's Sun). Both papers were banned by Iran's judiciary, then I decided to work as a freelance photographer.
