We especially liked how eDocsOnline made it easy to create dependencies between documents, for example to create a product plan, then make the technical specifications for that product the reference for the product plan document. Later on, invoices related to this product can be added as children of the product plan!

User access is simple and folder-based. For each folder, read and/or write access can be configured for all users at a time or each user individually. Hence, clients can have access only to their own documents, and employees can see documents for the projects they are working on.

As documents change, eDocsOnline keeps track of the different versions, which is also a valuable back up in case you need to retrieve old data. Different views are available, so users don’t get information overload and managers can get to the detailed information they need.

To top it off, eDocsOnline comes with powerful search functions designed to find documents quickly. While the recently viewed search lets users access the latest documents, the full search form makes Boolean searching accessible to anyone.
