E-Gifting.net offer a very low minimum order with most items being only 1,000 pieces. This is great especially if you are a smaller business, just starting out or want to give them a trial run before placing a larger order. They accept a variety of payment options for both their local and international customers. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, direct deposit and even US personal checks and money orders. Their terms are simple and straight forward with payment being required within 10 days of placing the orders.

Local shipping in the Hong Kong area is stated on the web site but for international orders you are asked to call first for a price quote. Shipping rates do not include insurance and that is strongly recommended. The buyer is also responsible for any customs duties, tariffs or taxes that are added.

Another wonderful service they offer which is almost unheard of in this business is that they accept returns. As a buyer if you are unhappy with the merchandise, you have 10 days to call them and secure a return merchandise authorization. The only requirement for merchandise returns is that the merchandise being returned is suitable for resale. Shipping fees are not refundable and they do charge a 15% restocking fee.
