- Welcome to the redesigned eColorado portal -- Colorado's workforce development clearinghouse of resources for education, employment, and business! Launched in 2004 with funding from the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration, eColorado was developed by and for Colorado workforce professionals, employers, job seekers, students, and other public and private sector workforce development partners. In early 2007 a redesigned portal was introduced that retains the same extensive library of workforce development content (e.g. documents, links, presentations, newsletters, and events), search features, and collaboration tools, but now offers users a streamlined look and expanded features:
