Cathy Friesenhahn (Merri), is an award winning Texas artist and long time teacher. She is one of the Courage Card artists, a Minnesota based greeting card company, which features the work of disabled artists. She is also a Signature member of the Texas Watercolor Society, and a graduate of Saint Edwards University in Austin, Texas. Her photo "Orange Roses", which is featured in her art instruction ebook "Orange Roses", was published in the photography anthology, "Sketches Of The Eye", released on November 30, 2001.
A Christmas Card entitled "Christmas Wreath" was included in CD software by the Courage Card Company which was sold Nationwide in Wal-Mart Stores and other fine retail stores.
Merri has two websites, and is the web master for both, one where you may view her artwork and the other where she offers live online art classes, private art lessons, videos, workshops and a newsletter with over 14,000 subscribers.
