Pursuant to a Writ of Execution, dated December 21, 2005, issued by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on an judgment rendered against Metropole News Group, LLC, Easy Planet, LLC, or Rainbow Zone, LLC, in that Court on September 27, 2005, under case number C 04-4367 (CW) and the Court’s Turn Over Order dated February 22, 2006, the United States Marshal, concurrently with the service of this motion, levied upon, Metropole News Group, LLC, Easy Planet, LLC, or Rainbow Zone, LLC’s interest in the domain registrations for rainbow-zone.com, planet-fetish.com, planet-bears.com, planet-gaysex.com, planet-muscle.com, planet-uniform.com, planet-black.com, gay-bareback.net, dirty-worlds.com and a ny other domain name in which Metropole News Group, LLC, Easy Planet, LLC, or Rainbow Zone, LLC have rights or possessory interests.
