One man, one heart, a lot of guts ... at least that's all Cosmos Electrical was in 1974 when they opened their doors. The company came about because one man, Mike Gaidatsis, wanted to build a great company right from the beginning, with his belief in giving sound advice to his clients, even when it meant recommending against an idea. The philosophy must have worked, because the company began to grow, almost from the very beginning. So much so that now Cosmos is proud to service over 100 high-rise condominiums in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas.

Someone once said the most valuable skill of Cosmos is their ability to locate difficult to find equipment and parts for their older buildings during times of emergency. Though Cosmos' talents go well beyond that ability, the comment does serve to point out why they've developed such a strong reputation as specialists in maintaining residential and commercial buildings. More specifically, they seem to have found a distinctive niche in providing advice on effective preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
