Guy Shahar and The Cortland Review Staff also wish to THANK and HONOR TCR’s first Managing Editor, RENEE BANDAZIAN, who, since 1997, has helped set TCR in a direction that has brought it to the attention of the world and earned its respect.
Renee and Julie are doing other things, and all old and new TCR staffers tip our caps to them and wish them the very best in all their endeavors, creative and otherwise.
