ConocoPhillips engages in exploration and production operations in the United States, Norway, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Canada, Nigeria, Venezuela, Ecuador, Argentina, Timor Leste, Australia, China, Indonesia, Algeria, Libya, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, and Russia.

As of the end of 2006, ConocoPhillips daily international oil equivalent production average was 1,936,000 barrels. Of that quantity, 808,000 barrels of oil equivalent were produced in the United States. Additionally, as of that date, ConocoPhillips had 9.36 billion barrels of oil equivalent of total proved reserves.
