ChildPornography is any visual depiction, where "(A) the producing of such visual depiction involves the use of a minor [under 18] engaging in SexuallyExplicit conduct; and (B) such visual depiction is of such conduct."

ChildPornography is illegal in the United States and the laws are enforced under Federal Statues, specifically Title 18 of the United States Code (18 U.S.C. Chapter 110) and definitions are contained in 18 U.S.C. Chapter 110, Section 2256.
