Created within the framework of the public - state system of scientific and technical creativity of youth (HTTM, rus.), in 1990 the centre has passed a privatisation and became one of members of the Union of the Innovation Enterprises of the USSR.
During these years we mastered such directions of scientific and technical development, as Gas (basically helium-neon) Lasers, application of Gas Lasers in medicine, lightconductor tool for medicine, holography on glass, development of the original equipment, Patent services.
Tens qualified professionals from centre of science of Moscow, Minsk, Riga, Kiev, Kharkov and other cities took part in the works that are carried out by "Temp".
