The website has been sponsored and funded by Investor Education & Protection Fund of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The website was inaugurated by Shri Prem Chand Gupta, Minister for Corporate Affairs in November,2004.

The website has received a phenomenal response, with over 18,300 registrations as on 29 February 2008.The website was inaugurated by Shri M.Damodaran, Chairman,SEBI in September,2005.

www.directorsdatabase.com Founder and Managing Director of www.directorsdatabase.com, a unique public service free website providing at one place updated board of directors and detailed profiles of all directors of all listed companies, with an analysis and focus on independent directors. As on 31 January 2009, it had covered 2,382 listed companies and profiles of 12,678 individuals who are collectively holding 18,228 directorship positions , and the database is growing daily. The website was inaugurated by Shri M.Damodaran, Chairman,SEBI in June,2006.

www.iepf.gov.in An investor education,free website entirely conceptualized, executed and maintained by Prime Database for the Investor Education & Protection Fund, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India The website was inaugurated by Shri Prem Chand Gupta, Minister for Corporate Affairs in September,2007.
