Phones answered from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Sunday deliveries are seasonal, hours vary. Please call office to if you need a Sunday delivery.
Holiday Hours -- To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. A Basket & Floral Affair is closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Easter.

Delivery
A Basket & Floral Affair offers local delivery of flowers and baskets to the Orlando area at a $14 charge per stop. Baskets can also be delivered by UPS. (Fee may vary for deliveries outside local delivery area.) U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
Local delivery areas -- Shop serves the following Orlando area zip codes: 32809 32811 32819 32821 32824 32827 32830 32835 32836 32837 32839 32890 34741 34743 34747. Wire service available for other areas.
Special deliveries -- Deliveries at specific times of day will accommodated as best they can, but this service is not guaranteed. Sunday deliveries require prior notice, please call to ensure availability of Sunday delivery.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
24 hours refund policy for flower, for baskets, A Basket & Floral Affair needs to be notified within 12 hours of delivery and will pick up the basket (or if shipped via UPS, it can be returned via UPS). Baskets must be returned unopened.
