About us
Annexa is a joint venture by two principals. The President and CEO, Dave Burleigh, has 30+ years of electronic and industrial experience in all facets of technology and management. The Chief Technology Officer (TCO), Tim Favreau, has 20+ years in electronics, numerous technology certifications and was involved with the internet long before it had a name.
In 1995 Dave founded Rochester Computer Recycling & Recovery (RCR&R). RCR&R's mission is to develop and provide computer recycling solutions for industry. RCR&R is a growing company in an industry that contributes to the environment and provides services to many companies in upstate NY.
In June of 2000 Dave asked Tim to become the TCO for a new company called Annexa. Annexa's charter is to develop internet strategies to enable businesses. For Dave and Tim the 1990's were about recycling, the next decade will be defined by the development of business on the internet.
