Description
Excerpted from the website:
- I first began learning Hebrew in 1996 for the simple reason that I found translations were inadequate in conveying the original meaning of the Biblical text. I began the Ancient Hebrew Research Center in 1999 with the specific goal of teaching the Hebrew alphabet and language of the Bible. Early in my Hebrew studies I learned that the original Hebrew alphabet (called alephbet in Hebrew) was very different from the modern Hebrew alephbet used today in Hebrew Bibles. Not only is the ancient alephbet different in appearance but were pictures (or pictographs) representing ideas.
