I am A.THIAGARAJAN and regular user of AIRDECAN.
I have booked tthe tickets for pongal holidays in the month of November2006.Exactly on 11-01-07 evening I got a message that my flight on 12-01-07 6A.M is cancelled.Regarding this I contacted your contact numbers.No chance of geting any help advice Hence I went to Airport to see the staff, Airdecan. No proper informations and I came to know that the flight cancellations they are aware and when I showed the message They simply told me to revise my program to 13-01-07. Kindly note that, ON 12-01-07 ONLY , My banks will work (To repay my bank Loan I am palnned my trip.) I told them to cancel the tickets. They told me the rules of Airdecan. Then By paying around Rs6500 I went to Coimbatore by Paramount Airways. Dear Sir We the consumers are booking the tickets for emergency and very important visits.Even you may cancel the flight, some sort of responsible persons we need at that time in the Airports. Who will pay the extra amount incurred my coimbatore visits. Kindly send me the reply. If this is the first time I can understand. But in your Airdecan often u r doing like this.
